Francis O. Monera

Francis O. Monera, Filipino, 56, has served as director of CPVDC and CHI since April 2006. He is currently the president of CPVDC and CHI. He was the chief operating officer of CHI before he was elected president of the Company effective January 1, 2007. He also holds the position of vice president of ALI. Before joining ALI, he was the assistant vice president and corporate controller of Philippine National Construction Corporation. He served as president of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry from February 2006 to 2008. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors and vice president for Visayas of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is presently the Chairman of the Board of the Cebu Education Foundation for IT. In 2010, he was appointed as a member of the Board of the Mactan Cebu International Airport Authority.
