Anastacio T. Muntuerto, Jr., Filipino, 60, has served as independent director of CPVDC since 2006. He is currently a senior partner at the Muntuerto Miel Duyongco Law Firm. He was also a director of CHI from 2003 to 2006. His other significant positions include: president of Big Brother Home Depot, Inc., San Fernando Integrated Services and Equipment Corporation, and Big Brother Water and Gaz Corporation; chairman of Muntuerto Management and Development Corporation and Metro Cebu Resources, Inc., director of Coastal Highpoint Ventures, Inc., Mactan Rock Industries Inc., Aquapure Resources, Inc., Ultrapure Chemrock, Inc., and Pilipinas Bulk Water Resources Corporation. His current civic involvements are as trustee of the Filipino Foundation, Inc. and the Cathedral Museum of Cebu, Inc.
