Antonino T. Aquino, Filipino, 63, has served as director of Cebu Property Ventures and Development Corporation (CPVDC) since April 2009. He also holds the following positions: senior managing director of Ayala Corporation, chairman of the Board of Directors of Cebu Holdings, Inc. (CHI), president and CEO of Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI), president of Hero Foundation, Inc. and Bonifacio Arts Foundation, Inc., and member of the Board of Directors of Manila Water Co., Inc. He also serves as a member of the Board of various corporate social responsibility foundations such as Ayala Foundation, Manila Water Foundation and Makati Environment Foundation.

Francis O. Monera, Filipino, 56, has served as director of CPVDC and CHI since April 2006. He is currently the president of CPVDC and CHI. He was the chief operating officer of CHI before he was elected president of the Company effective January 1, 2007. He also holds the position of vice president of ALI. Before joining ALI, he was the assistant vice president and corporate controller of Philippine National Construction Corporation. He served as president of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry from February 2006 to 2008.

Emilio J. Tumbocon, Filipino, 54, has served as director of CPVDC since 2008. He is a senior vice president at ALI and a member of its Management Committee. He heads the ALI VisMin Group and concurrently is the technical services director of Superblock Projects. His other significant positions are director of the following companies: CHI, Cebu Insular Hotel Co., Inc., Accendo Commercial Corporation, Cagayan de Oro Gateway Corporation, Makati Development Corporation, Ayala Property Management Corporation, Laguna Technopark, Inc., Anvaya Cove Golf and Sports Club, Inc., Asian i-Office Properties, Inc., Philippine Integrated Energy Solutions, Inc.

Natividad N. Alejo, Filipino, 53, has served as director of CPVDC since 2003. She is currently the head of Consumer Banking Group of Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI). She has also served as the president and director of BPI Capital Corporation and BPI Securities Corporation from 2001 to 2006. She also holds the following positions: director of BPI Family Savings Bank, Inc., Pilipinas Savings Bank, Beacon Property Ventures, Inc., BPI Bancasssurance, Santiago Land Development Corporation, CHI, FEB Speed International, Inc.

Rory Jon Q. Sepulveda, Filipino, 48, has served as independent director of CPVDC since April 2008. He is currently the consultant on information, revenue generation and compliance at the Office of the Governor, Province of Cebu since 2004. His affiliations include: partner of Mercado Cordero Bael Acuna and Sepulveda Law Offices since 2001 and vice president for Legal Affairs of Oikonomos International Resources, Inc. since 2004.

Armando O. Samia, Filipino, 58, has served as director of CPVDC from 1996 to 2010 and as a regular director since April 2010.  In July 2009, he was seconded by the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) to Al-Amanah Islamic Investment Bank of the Philippines (AAIIBP). He is presently the chairman and CEO of AAIIBP, a wholly-owned subsidiary of DBP. He oversees the entire operations of the Islamic Bank to help support the development of DBP’s initiatives for micro, small and medium entrepreneurs in Mindanao as well as to serve as the main remittance outlet for Muslims and Mindanao-based overseas Filipino workers.

Anastacio T. Muntuerto, Jr., Filipino, 60, has served as independent director of CPVDC since 2006. He is currently a senior partner at the Muntuerto Miel Duyongco Law Firm. He was also a director of CHI from 2003 to 2006.
