Asiatown IT Park
Asiatown IT Park is the first master-planned special ICT zone accredited by PEZA that provides commercial lots and IT enabled facilities providing security, amenities facilities, residential and lifestyle components that are designed as an ideal business environment.

Five major buildings are currently under construction at Asiatown IT Park.
These include Skyrise 2, TG Tower, i3, eBloc Tower, and a retail complex.
These new developments comprise a combined total leasable area of close
to 78,000 square meters and are set to offer more office spaces, retail
shops, entertainment bars to accommodate Cebu’s new round-the-clock
business and entertainment lifestyle. |

| Sky Rise IT Building |
| Skyrise Realty and Development Corporation's eight-story building, with close to 15,000 square meters of gross leasable area, is now fully occupied and house PeopleSupport, Epson, Astro Ship, Info Weapons and Microsoft. |

i1 is a result of CPVDC’s business-matching initiatives. This structure houses eTelecare, Dash Engineering and SPI Technologies.
After the success and full occupancy of i1, Primary Properties Corporation developed i2 with 15,195 square meters of leasable office space now occupied by IBM Philippines, eTelecare and Convergys Philippines, to name a few. |

| This 12-storey building will have 21,000 square meters of office leasable space and 1,700 square meters at the ground floor for retail space. This is due to be completed by the third quarter of 2008. |

Due to the increasing demand for office space, Primary Properties
Corporation is building its third high-rise facility within Asiatown IT
Park. i3 will have over 6,000 square meters of leasable space within
its 17 floors, and is scheduled to be completed by June 2008. |

This complex will be home to a
host of retail outlets, restaurants
and wellness centers to support

TG Tower
The massive structure of the TG
Tower is being constructed behind
the Asiatown IT Park arch. Expected
to be completed by the second
quarter of 2008, this building will have
15 floors and will offer 24 ,200 square
meters of leasable space. |

| The Walk |
| |
The 3,000 square meters retail development, which is taking over the area previously occupied by The Village, will soon become a retail landmark in this IT hub- Asiatown IT Park.
 This retail complex is scheduled to be completed within the first half of 2008 and will provide 32 parking slots and 19 shopping stores, bars, and restaurants that will cater to the 24/7 lifestyle culture of ICT employees.
The development has a modern-industrial design with
a unique outdoor garden landscaping. Its
architectural theme emphasizes straightforward but sophisticated aesthetics that exude relaxing ambiance, making it another preferred hang-out destination of call center eReps, upwardly mobile and tech savvy yuppies.
