Jaime I. Ayala - Chairman of the Board  

Jaime I. Ayala,  Filipino, has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since July 2004.  He also serves as President and CEO of Ayala Land, Inc.  He joined ALI in January 2004 as Executive Vice President and member of the Management Committee.  Concurrently, he is Senior Managing Director of Ayala Corporation. He earned his MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business, graduating with honors in 1988. He completed his undergraduate work in 1984 at Princeton University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in Economics, with a minor in Engineering.

Francis O. Monera - President  

Francis O. Monera, Filipino, is currently the President and Director of Cebu Holdings, Inc. and Cebu Property Ventures and Development Corporation. He was the Chief Operating Officer of Cebu Holdings, Inc. before he was elected President of the company effective January 1, 2007.  He also holds the position of Vice President of Ayala Land, Inc.  He has served as the President of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 2006 - 2008.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree.  He finished MBA studies at the Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business and attended an Executive Development Program at Harvard University Graduate School of Business.

Natividad N. Alejo - Treasurer  

Natividad N. Alejo, Filipino, has served as Director of Cebu Holdings, Inc. since 2003 and is currently the Head of Consumer Banking Group of Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI).  She graduated AB Economics (Summa Cum Laude) from the Divine Word University, Tacloban City in 1976. She took MA Economics at University of the Philippines in 1978 and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in Fall 2005.

Vincent Y. Tan  

Vincent Y. Tan, Filipino, has served as Director since April 2007.  He is currently an Executive Vice President, member of the Management Committee and Head of the Planning Group and Strategic Landbank Management Group of Ayala Land, Inc.  He graduated with a degree in B.S. Management Engineering (Cum Laude) at the Ateneo de Manila University in 1971 and earned his MBA (Concentration in Management Science and Finance) at the University of Chicago in 1973.

Armando O. Samia   Armando O. Samia, 55, Filipino, has served as a Director of CPVDC since 1996. He is an Executive Vice President of the Development Bank of the Philippines and heads the Corporate Banking, Investment Banking and Remedial Management of the Bank. He is presently a board member of the following Corporations in behalf of Development Bank of the Philippines: Filsyn Corporation, Victorias Milling Company, Inc., Premiere Development Bank, DBP-Daiwa SB Capital Markets Philippines Inc., Capitol Wireless Inc. LGU Guarantee Corp., and DBP Management Corp. He graduated BS in Business Administration at De La Salle University in 1972 and took his Masters in Business Administration at Ateneo de Manila University in 1981.
     
   
Anastacio T. Muntuerto Jr.   Anastacio T. Muntuerto Jr., 56, Filipino, has served as Director of Cebu Property Ventures and Development Corp. since 2006. He is currently a Senior Partner at Muntuerto Miel Duyongco Law Firm. He was also Director of Cebu Holdings, Inc. from 2003 ?? 2006. His other significant positions include: President of Big Brother Home Depot, Inc., San Fernando Integrated Services, Inc., and Big Brother Water and Gaz Corporation. Chairman of Muntuerto Management and Development Corp. and Metro Cebu Resources, Inc.; Director of Coastal Highpoint Ventures, Inc., Mactan Rock Industries, Inc., Aquapure Resouces, Inc., Ultrapure Chemrock, Inc., Golden NDC, Inc., Golden Global, Inc., Corner and Bailar, Inc., Crossroads Cuisine Capital Corporation, Golden Touch Ventures, Inc., Pilipinas Bulk Water Resources Corporation and Muntuerto Realty Corporation. He had his education at University of San Carlos and graduated Bachelor of Arts in History (Magna Cum Laude) in 1970 and Bachelor of Laws (Cum Laude) in 1974.
     
   
Pablo John F. Garcia   Pablo John F. Garcia, 37, Filipino, has served as director since 2004. He currently serves as Consultant on Organization and Management at the Office of the Governor of the Province of Cebu and is an opinion writer at the Cebu Daily News, an affiliate of the Philippine Daily Inquirer. He also served as a Managing Partner at Garcia Ong Vano Law Offices. He graduated Bachelor of Arts ?? Major in Philosophy at Ateneo de Manila University in 1989 and Bachelor of Laws at University of the Philippines College of Law in 1993.
